Returns R&M Richards wants you to be happy with your dress purchase. If for some reason you are not, we will gladly accept your return if it arrives at our distribution center no more than 30 days from the day you receive the package. The merchandise must be in its original unused condition with all original tags attached. Please include the bottom half of your packing list in the returned package as well, this is required in order to process your return.
Please note: There is a red security tag attached to the dress. If this red tag is removed we cannot accept the return.
We do not provide prepaid labels for returns. You are responsible for paying your shipping costs to return your item(s).
Once your return is received, please allow for 7-14 business days in order for us to process and inspect your return. If the criteria for a return are met - it was received within 30 days, in its original unused condition, and with the red security tag attached - you will be approved for a refund. Please note, if any of these criteria are not met, your dress will be returned to you and you will not receive a refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
