R&M Richards wants you to be happy with your dress purchase. If for some reason you are not, we will gladly accept your return if it arrives at our distribution center around 30 days from the day you received the package.
The merchandise must be in its original unused condition with all original tags attached. Please include the bottom half of your packing list in the returned package as well, this is required in order to process your return. If you no longer have your packing list, please include a printout of the email confirmation of your order in its place.
Please note: There is a red security tag attached to the dress. If this red tag is removed we cannot accept the return. To remove the shark tag use a pair of sharp household scissors cut along the dotted cut line on the bottom of the tag.
We do not provide prepaid labels for returns. You are responsible for paying your shipping costs to return your item(s).
Once your return is received, please allow for 7-14 business days in order for us to process and inspect your return. Once your refund is processed a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment and an email will be send to notify you.

We are unable to offer exchanges. To exchange an item, please return your order in line with our return policy and place a new order for the item you would like to receive.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund from your bank or credit card company after you received our refund notification email please check with your bank or credit card company. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted that is out of our control.
