R&M Richards wants you to be happy with your dress purchase. If for some reason you are not, we will gladly accept your return if it arrives at our distribution center around 30 days from the day you received the package. The merchandise must be in its original unused condition with all original tags attached. Please include the bottom half of your packing list in the returned package as well, this is required in order to process your return.

We do not provide prepaid labels for returns. You are responsible for paying your shipping costs to return your item(s).

Once your return is received, please allow for 7-14 business days in order for us to process and inspect your return. Once your refund is processed a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment and an email will be send to notify you.
